Parade of Homes^SM

Visit our consumer website, Parade of Homes^SM to find more information about new homes and remodeling projects in the Twin Cities.

To participate in any Parade of Homes^SM event, builders must be BATC members in good standing as of the entry deadline.

• You must be an approved builder (class A, B, D (Developer) or E) member of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities by the Parade of Homes^SM entry deadline. (Associates may be allowed to enter a new development. Contact us for more information.)

Non-members who wish to participate must initiate their BATC member application a minimum of three months prior to the event they plan to enter!

• If you want to participate in the 2009 Parade of Homes Spring Preview^SM, your membership application must have been received by Monday, August 18, 2008 (sorry, no exceptions) and approved by the Board of Directors in September.
• If you want to participate in the 2009 Parade of Homes Fall Showcase^SM, your membership application must be received by Monday, April 20, 2009 (sorry, no exceptions) and approved by the Board of Directors in May.
